Aims    :           Reading Comprehension (pre-writing)

 

Technical Requirements : One computer per pair, with internet connection.

Preparation       : 1)Browse site and look for information needed to generate questions.

                              2)Prepare questions for comprehension & post on blog.

 

Procedure        :

           

   Set Induction

1)      Ask students about their favorite football team, local or international. Relate

their answers with the current situation of local football & discuss about

issues. (10 mins)

Development

2)      Students to browse the internet & search for the websites. Students to read

      the questions & text on the pages. Then, students to answer the questions

using Microsoft Office Word.

3)      When students finish answering, discuss answers with students. Students to print answers. (20 mins)

Conclusion

4)      Discuss with students about local fottball.

 

Follow up         :           (homework)

           

1)      Students to write a draft of an essay with the topic “Malaysian Football”.

2)      Draft will be discussed on the next lesson.
